What types of courses do you offer?

We offer state approved courses that count towards your continuing educational requirements. We also offer professional development courses (more coming soon) that do not count towards continuing education credits. Each course is clearly labeled.

How will I know if my course is approved for continuing education credits?

Each course page is clearly labeled and often contains the approval letter from the state.

What course levels do you offer?

Each course has a level of difficulty which is stated on the course page. We offer 3 levels, basic, intermediate, and advanced.

  • Basic courses are self paced and the content is a review of previously studied material. These courses are usually based on information found in the code book or publicly available information.

  • Intermediate courses are slightly more technical and challenging than the basic courses.

  • Advanced courses are for those who already know the basic concepts and are looking to further their understanding of a subject. These are more technically involved than the basic and intermediate courses. The content is more in-depth and is aimed at career development. The content is self paced but these courses may also have timed exams due to state requirements.

Do you offer course bundles at a discount?

Yes. We have several course bundles at discount rates.

What is your pricing structure?

We structure the courses based on the amount of time it takes to prepare the course, how much content we need to host on the site, and the course level. Basic courses cost the least, while the advance courses cost the most.

What can I expect on my account statements?

You will see "Radius Works" on your statements. You can also navigate to your account and download the invoice which you may use to obtain reimbursement from your company.

What payment gateways do you use?

We use Paypal as a payment gateway. We use Paypal because it handles a variety of payment options and sensitive financial information is not revealed to us. Paypal maintains your financial information, we do not.

How can I access my account?

At the time of purchasing a course you will be asked to provide a password and an email. Make sure your email and password are correct as this information will be used to log into your account. If you forgot your password go to the login screen and use the automated system to reset your password. If you can not access your account please contact the site administrator through the Contact Us page.

What if I have problems with the course material or course exams?

When you enroll into a course, you will have access to the site administrator's email and phone number.

Can I preview the course material?

Most courses have some form of material preview.

After I enroll into the course, how long can I access to the course material and related exam(s)?

Typically you will have access to the course for 1 year, unless otherwise noted.
